Construction Management Student Association
The Construction Management Student Association is the main student organization within the Construction Management major. The organization sponsors semiannual socials that provide opportunities to network with peers. CMSA also endorses other student clubs.

CMSA
The Construction Management Student Association is the overarching student organization within the Construction Management major. Each student is encouraged to join, pay dues, receive a branded polo shirt and T-shirt, and engage in its activities. The organization dues help sponsor socials, info sessions, and events that provide opportunities to network with peers and professionals. Students in CMSA also receive increased consideration for scholarships within the program. CMSA also endorses other student clubs as noted below.

SUPPORTED CLUBS AND STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS
Women in Construction is a student association celebrating and promoting the increasingly critical role and valuable contributions of women in our program and in the construction industry. The club focuses on creating a strong network of support for women in the program and invites both men and women to join in that effort. As a BYU-recognized association, presidency members and bylaws are included.
BYU Architecture informs students about architectural styles and career paths, while helping members network with professionals. As a BYU-recognized association, presidency members and bylaws are included.
Facilities + Property Management Student Association connects with professional and discusses current practice in the physical facilities world. While the primary student association for FPM majors, this group is also available to CM majors if interested. As a BYU-recognized association, presidency members and bylaws are included.
The following clubs exist within CMSA. Their frequency of activities depends on the engagement of students and their interests. Some of these clubs may not meet as regularly as others. Most involve professional guest speakers and other social events.
AGC Club provides opportunities for students to network with other multi-sector contractors.
National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) focuses on the professional development of aspiring residential contractors and related parties.
Real Estate & Development Club works with the Marriot School of Business to focus on real estate development and planning issues both historical and current that affect the industry.
Ethics in Construction focuses on topics of integrity and ethical practice within the construction industry.
Entrepreneurship highlights the goals, strategies, and opportunities for those interested in starting their own business.
