Originally from Sandy, Utah graduated from BYU with BS, MS, and PhD degrees in 1989, 1990, and 1994. Developer of the widely used Watershed Modeling System (WMS) used for hydrologic modeling.

Spatial hydrology, modeling, GIS, and HydroInformatics.
