Facility & Property Management Student Association

The Facility & Property Management Student Association is the main student organization within the Facility & Property Management major. The organization sponsors semiannual socials that provide opportunities to network with industry professionals. FPMSA also endorses other student clubs and elects student representatives who serve as the main link between students and important facility and property management professional organizations.

As part of the Facility & Property Management Student Association, we are also affiliated with and student chapter for other organizations: the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and the American Society for Health Care Engineering (ASHE).

What's included in your membership?

All members of FPMSA receive a shirt branded with the BYU FM logo. Student members also enjoy access to many networking events throughout the year including weekly discounted lunches with industry professionals in the BYU Skyroom.
